**Usage Instructions:**

1. Before applying the tape, ensure that the surface is clean and dry. Use a clean cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to wipe the surface, removing dust and fingerprints. Avoid using household cleaners as they may contain oily substances. Let the surface air dry for a few minutes before applying the tape. For surfaces with heavy contamination (grease, oil), clean with a stronger solvent before wiping with IPA.

2. Apply one side of the tape to the object to be adhered, use a squeegee, roller, or fingers to evenly apply pressure to the surface, eliminating air bubbles and ensuring a smooth application.

3. Peel off the release liner of the tape and adhere it to another surface. Apply pressure evenly. Note: When adhering two hard surfaces, it may be challenging to eliminate air bubbles due to surface irregularities. Increase pressure to 15-50 PSI. Adhering to a soft surface is easier with pressure of 5-15 PSI.

4. Recommended operating temperature: 20°C to 40°C.

5. Adhesion strength reaches optimal levels 72 hours after application. It is recommended to test the adhesion effect after this period.

**Common Issues:**

– Dust, grease, and dirt on the surface will directly affect adhesion.

– Adhesion efficiency is compromised when operating below 15°C.

– Adhesion to low-surface energy materials (e.g., PE, PS, PP) is reduced; use a primer.

– Initial tack may decrease in low-temperature environments; consider heat treatment for improved initial tack.

– Storage: Store tape rolls on racks.

– Shelf Life: Under conditions of 22°C and 50% relative humidity, the tape can maintain its original properties for up to 3 years.

**Applications:**

– Suitable for various applications such as automotive accessories, household items, decorations, etc.

– Not recommended for surfaces with leather textures, rough surfaces, dusty walls, uneven surfaces, or surfaces with silicone/oil residues.

– Avoid adhering to fragile or valuable items such as mirrors, ceramics, artworks, chandeliers, glass bricks, etc. Evaluate risks before use.

**Additional Notes:**

– Optimal adhesion is achieved at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C.

– Initial tack may require 24 hours for full effectiveness; consider using an adhesive promoter if necessary.

– Adhesion strength levels can be monitored at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% after 20 minutes, 60 minutes, 24 hours, and three days.

**Recommended for:**

– Glass adhesion, mirror mounting, laptop assembly, automotive applications, metal signage frames, control panel windows, tablet and PC assembly, architectural metal decorations, etc.
